Actually I tried sending emails to the one in the link "EMail Support" but no responses.

I actually roughly sent an email over the last 1.5 years!!

So developers, may you have a look?

It is just plainly bad that I sent them emails 1 week 5 days ago and still got no reply. Oops, I just went to Japan a week ago and forget to send them postcards to tell them about my case.
