[Takes deep breath] I'm at work right now, so I can't recall exactly, but I used my 105mm macro lens with a reverse mounted 28mm lens coupled to it, along with my flash, with a shutter speed of roughly 1/200 sec and an aperture of probably f/16 or f/11 on the macro lens and about f/4 on the 28mm. No special processing, just some cropping as well as levels and curve adjustments.
It was very difficult to get this shot. There was a very slight wind blowing and that was all that was needed to get these droplets to move in and out of the focus plane. I had to take many shots, but eventually I got lucky enough that one of them was in focus.
