A pixeld00d is a digital representation of oneself (realistic or otherwise). I had two made by friends, one fairly accurate to my own attributes at the time (this one), and another one made by 'Neurowave' to personify an alter-ego of sorts. Kinda sorta. Maybe... Ok, not really. But it still looked cool, maybe I'll upload it someday!
