Who needs to blow their stack?

Who needs to blow their stack?
A sign or sticker stuck to the glass in an old fishing cottage on Devil Lake in Canada. Google Translates it to: "Who will be the same as going into the air" but I am thinking there might be a better translation out there. Can anyone with some more knowledge of German help me out? Suggestions from the Pownce crew: Heidi says it might mean "floating on air" and Giovanni suggests it could means something like "going up in smoke" Thanks to m.pastwa I think we have it. "Who needs to blow their stack..." A German cigarette advertising slogan from the 70's

Interesting, I wish knew it's context. Where the sticker came from what it was for. Clearly the maker never meant it to end up on a window of a fishing cottage in Canada. :)

this is the hb-männchen.

a testimonial for the cigarette-brand
"HB" in germany in the 60s,70s and 80s.

the sticker says: "cool down, relax and smoka a HB"
"in die luft gehen" means "to blow one's stack"
and the HB-männchen tells us, not to do this.

This is the HB Zigarettes Guy (used from the 70 to late 80' in germany)

translated word by word: "who will go directly into air"

So for a english translation it is...

"Don't blow your stack" or We won't blow our Stack" or 'Who needs to blow their stack?" Or something like that?

the last one sounds correct.
but translate an slogan or a joke sometime makes no sense. if i want to translate an polish joke into correct german (and these my motherlanguages) the joke isnt longer funny. the sign does the same... same means playing with words :)

hope u understand my worst spelled english

Your english is fine and yeah I understand what you are saying about translations... I'm just on a quest to understand this sticker. :)
